The IKAROS patch doesn't require a Fusion Girl as requirement. If the IKAROS patch only consists of an ESP, it is fully compatible with any body type, such as CBBE.
However, if the IKAROS patch also contains FG bodyslides, you do not necessarily need Fusion Girl. All clothing pieces that do not use body slot 33 can still be used with the patch in combination with CBBE. The new bodyslides for IKAROS usually contain items such as shoes or complete outfits with exposed skin. If you have some knowledge of Outfitstudio, you could quickly recreate these items for CBBE yourself.
