INTRODUCTION:
Another audio mod from me. This time the audio of the "Gunners Overhaul - Initially Friendly Gunners" mod by BangBangYouAreDead is overhauled, with the help of free, publicly available Voice AI. High quality. As is often the case, this was just a personal project on
my part, as I enjoy tinkering with audio. Of course I would also like
to share it with the general public if anyone is interested. All of the Gunners now have voiced dialogue.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Gunners vendor probably doesn't use all voice files, because some paths aren't completely set up in the original mod. Since I only create voices and I'm not messing around with the original .esp, it isn't possible to change this. But that's just some small issue, nothing to care about in the end.
TO INSTALL:
It's a simple folder without any .esp files or other bells and whistles.
Install this archive via your mod manager as usual (I use Mod Organizer
2), or you can unpack this archive and simply paste the "Sound" folder
into your main Fallout 4 directory. I think almost everyone should be
able to do this by now.
TO UNINSTALL:
Uninstalling is of course just as easy: If you use a mod manager,
simply delete the installed archive. If you installed the files
manually, simply delete the "GunnersOverhaul.esp" folder under
"Data\Sound\Voice\GunnersOverhaul.esp".
This mod SHOULD be complete and has been meticulously checked for functionality. But if you find any dialogue that's missing, let me know.
