the only thing that would make this better is if the back half were you have the outpost had stay as a regular city plan settlement and the front half by the bridge was the outpost so like you have to walk past a large military check point to get into the town
People can set up slums outside my walls if they want, haha. I built purposefully in the back corner to avoid the triangle of death. I get where you're coming from though.
well the whole TOD thing can be avoided by NOT over building at the 3 settlements building in the back corner of this one wont help to stop it in any way if you over build in all 3 it will be triggered cause the way TOD is triggered from what i was told is as you walk around you render in everything in a 5x5 box around you with you in the center so as you get closer to the settlements you render them in
