So ive been using this with FOLON and it works fine until i encountered the cannibals (beefeaters) who have half their heads missing from the now exposed top half of the new cannibal masks/hoods ( making 'em extra creepy lol). Their whole head returns when i remove the mask, so What would i have to do to make it so this mod doesnt affect those new sack masks?
Also great mod, love the new sack mask looks over the whole hood.
That’s super weird, must have something to do with how their body slots are set up. I’m using it with FOLON too with no issues but haven’t gotten to those guys yet. Been meaning to update this anyway so when I do I’ll look into that issue for a FOLON version/patch
Oh awesome! Yeah, the hooligans and such who wear the standard masks/hoods work perfectly fine but the beefeater ones weirdly dont. they also make my characters head disappear when i equipped one to test. I look forward to the patch/FOLON version. Thanks in advance!
If they're making your character's head disappear as well it's likely a LO conflict. make sure this is below any mod that might touch the sack hood records (good example is dank's NEO). also make sure to regen your complex sorter plugin if you use it (or just patch it real quick with xEdit)
Hmm i looked at my LO but couldnt find anything that would interfere with this mod. I dont use NEO in folon yet (maybe if a patch or whatever is dropped like they got for ECO and LEO), also would either of those mods affect this mod? And i dont believe i use any complex sorter plugin. Should i manually try putting it lower in the LO perhaps? because the other masks works fine like i said, just the new hoods added by folon dont show up right on myself or npcs. Again thanks for the replies
Ohhh wait are you saying there’s like actual new hoods added by FOLON with new textures/names? Didn’t quite realize what you meant but yeah I’d have to patch that. I’ll try and get to it soon! Message me the names of the hoods if you remember them or can check, that would help a lot
Couldn't get the mod to work, it looked like it affected something, names and what not, but that was it. Whenever I equipped one, it was invisible on my character. Not the head, just the mask, like if I had nothing equipped at all. Had it all the way at the bottom of my load order, no clue what the issue was. Version I was using was the Vanilla one.
Good news, I figured out my issue. There was apparently something I needed to add to the custom .ini file that was making it so some mods were just invisible.
