Mad God's Overhaul series offers high end visuals fitting for 2024 systems, and all the VR essentials for the most immersive Bethesda VR experience possible. The mod list is designed to be a complete remaster of the original contents, and super easy to add your own mods.
Instead of building your own mod list and dealing with conflict, load order and compatibility, this mod list is built into a Wabbajack for a simple and easy install.
Features
- NAC X, Ultra Interior Lighting and Luxor 2K textures ensure cutting edge visuals
- ECO for stable, clean, modern equipment overhaul and satisfying legendary crafting end game
- Sim Settlements 2 to auto-build your settlements without micro management, or be as hands-on as you like
- Atomic Radio and Tales from the Commonwealth to add a ton of contents to the world
- Bullet time VATS for Max Payne style gunplay
- FRIK body and all the basic VR specific mods
Requirements
- Wabbajack for an easy installation. No need to have Mod Organizer or any other application prior to this
- Minimum GPU requirement is 4060TI or 3070, this is the most high end VR experience today
- 250 GB free space
- 32 downgraded DLC files from Fallout 4 flat screen, no way around this, see stick post
Classic Edition - Based on Beardo Benjo's Feedback From His Video

Modern Edition
- 99% of weapons and armor were replaced with modern tactical equivalents, experience Call of Duty in a AAA open world VR game
- 60+ highest quality modern weapons with 2K textures, fully tested for VR, further cleansed of world edits, injection scripts and ammunition inconsistencies
- Weapons are fully patched with Modern Warfare Gun Sounds to provide the authentic acoustic experience, and is further enriched with Armament's beautiful bullet textures, Burst Impact Blast FX's particle effects, and sound mods like Bullet Impact Overhaul
- Look at Me series and Militarized Minutemen to replace factions with modern outfits, plus my own work to make Raiders look more like CS terrorists, as I really dislike Raider Overhaul, I also changed pipe weapons into iconic terrorist weapons like AK47 and Uzi to add more flavor for this faction
- (Optional) - Replaced creatures with modern enemies to make it a more level playing field, the vanilla enemies are too weak vs modern guns, also reduced the horror aspect of the game
