Music is awesome, but sometimes, a change works wonders. It rekindles the desire to play, or just to throw everything out the window and start a new modding session.
"Wasteland Vibes: Main Menu Refreshment" was originally for myself, and friends told me.. share it dude, it's cool!

Description
This mod changes the background video of the main menu to a brand new video, reworked to improve quality as much as possible. The mod can be installed with a fomod and you can toggle this video, so if you want to use only the other mod options, that's up to you! You can also choose from 12 different music tracks. Each one has been carefully chosen to match both the video and the overall Fallout atmosphere. And guess what, each one is royalty-free, which means you'll never have to worry about copyright issues, unless the authors decide to stop making them freely available. If that happens, I'll update the file. You also have the choice of activating one of these tunes or not activating anything, you can use this mod for the video or only for the choice of tunes or both, it's up to you.
Technical details
I used ggMarf's video and and do my best to improve quality and reduce blur. The original quality had aged and it was obvious that something needed to be done to improve this. The video is in 1080p, but bear in mind that I started from a video with a lot of blur and altered quality. I've posted some comparative photos, so check them out. As for the choice of music, perhaps it's not always lore friendly., but I find that combined with the video, it works rather well. Let me know what you think
All music is available in xwm and wav format, so if you encounter the bug of music not starting in xwm, you can switch to the wav version. Everything is done via fomod. In the download section i've also put the mod without the video file, for those who find the video a bit too heavy for their taste. The video is 355 mb, but it's a necessary compromise to have a better quality than the original. You'll also notice that some of the music is shorter or longer than the video clip. Personally, I don't find this disturbing, and frankly, who spends more than two minutes on the main menu after starting the game 20 times? The music loops like the original.
Advice for this mod
If I have one piece of advice to give you, it would be to try them all honestly, I guarantee you there will be at least one to your taste. Take the time to listen to them in their entirety and just enjoy.. One last piece of advice: tell me what you think of this or that song, or of ggMarf's video, this guy's got talent. By taking your opinions and advice into account, things can only get better.
