drevviken Thanks, it's a shame that I personally don't know how to create a system of two types of ammo (prewar/postwar). You once released the Mutant Menagerie - Tweaks mod that I used. Are you planning a similar mod for the new MM?
Not sure. I haven't started using Life finds a way yet (is it good?) and that project took a very long time so probably not... you never know for sure though :)
