Hi ! I restarted Fallout 4 and arriving in front of the Concord museum I saw some rather annoying bugs. Compare to the other meshes in town, this one doesn't have Vertex alpha, which makes the decals with sharp cuts. I tried to fix all of this.

Restore the Vertex Alpha for brick decals
Fix many bad UV maps
Fix the geometry and repair a few holes.
No ESP, safe to Intall/Uninstall anytimes
