When i had missing textures, it was the shelf part not the back part. I have no idea how your missing those textures. Are you using the far harbour version?
As I've said above, are you using the far harbor version? Any other mods that change things like textures or faction layouts overhauls, etc. Try loading the mod low or last in your load order and see if it's still has no textures.
Well, I solved a query on Eli's Sanctuary Bunker caused by a conflict that might be informative - seems some mods (in that instance, Functional Displays or its Redone version) and their like (eg mods adding displays, decorations or collectables) can mess with Eli's mods. OCdecorator is such a prime (buggy) candidate. Another conflict I read about is ELFX (which is a popular but buggy & much patched-up mod). And don't forget Eli's Faction Housing itself is from mid-2016 predating half the DLCs and several game patches. I'd be wary of any worldspace or interiors mod quite that old, but it's good of you to share some fixing-up of this one. Cheers.
P.S. - can't be certain now but think I read somewhere once of at least one of Eli's early FO4 mods unintentionally expects her other old 2016 mod Crafting Fury to also be installed? If so that might provide a missing furniture or texture? Anyway, best wishes with it.
