Installing these addons ruined my game. All my grass looks like it's displaying filmgrain, AA seems to have been removed from the game and the colors and contrasts are all weird.
I uninstalled ReShade and removed all the files you told me to install but the game stays ruined.
    I am seriously pissed off.

    I recommend Calamity Weathers.

Reshade is an absolute must for sharpening. Only thing I can't get working in Fallout 4 is debanding, 2 iterations fixes it but you lose detail of clouds particularly at night. ENB binaries are completely messed up causing massive flickering on all kinds of decals so weather mods and Reshade where its at.

Funnily enough Calamity is one of my absolute faves. but for development I try to run as vanilla as I can

ENB causing flickering is user error or your hardware, just installing ENB doesn't do that.

Well I've got a pretty good PC with a 3080, I've been modding Bethesda games for years and I don't have this problem with Skyrim. I have tried old simple ENB's like Vogue and newer more complicated ones like Quantum Horizons with requirements like ENB Helper. I used to use ENB with only problem being flickering puddles and blood but then a while back seemingly every decal started flickering, for example wetness effects, and in places like Boston Library all dirt decals which results in whole floor and walls flickering.

I have just tried again with latest binaries, I see the reports of fixed flickering but its still a broken mess for me, no amount of Googling yields a fix. If I cared it might be a problem but I use my own version of Calamity Weathers and a bit of Lumasharpen from Reshade.

I typically have to disable many of ENBs features, for various reasons, it's a bit overcomplicated to get just right. Still using it though and it looks great when it's done right.
