    Mine has no clothes just underwear on. I can make him equip other outfits tho. And how can I change his face a little?

      We all know what really makes a super mutant is the heart, but game doesn't agree.
      ( Probably not, no idea personally, and not interested in testing, but he should only be able to use human animations )
