IMPORTANT This mod must be installed after the orginal and does not take up a mod slot as its the orginal data file without textures.
All perks are kept in my verion of this patch since to me that was the cool part about the orginal mod
any addon that gives just water or just rads will have several skills required at 120 and even hight if its both water and rads
The sip of water was changed to sanatized water and the radaway only removes a small amount of rads and gives slight fatigue and immunity supression
all number values for bonus armor or carry weight has been reduced by 36% besides 1 and 2, those stayed the same. 5 was lowed to 3. Tho i may nerf those numbers even lower.
added all keywords and functions to be just like horizon backpacks are now, adjusted the location's were they sit to match with horizon too so you cant have 2 backbacks on at once.
