Xander's Aid is a great quest mod by Neeher. There are a few places though where is the navmesh is broken and prevents NPCs and followers from pathing correctly. This mod fixes the navmesh.

Xander's Aid is a phenomenal DLC sized quest mod by Neeher. There are many new interior cells, as well as an entirely new, incredibly detailed and immersive worldspace. Unfortunately, the navmesh in the mod has some major problems and prevents followers and NPCs from pathing correctly. The interior cell navmeshes have gaps in many places, so NPCs just stop walking. The DLC sized exterior worldspace understandably was mostly created with autogeneration of navmesh, but that led to many of the same problems in the exterior. Additionally, many of the exterior worldspace cells were not finalized leading to a lack of edge links and inability of NPCs to cross cell borders. Some representative pictures of the types of problems in the navmesh are included but there were on the order of hundreds of these types of errors. This mod aims to fix these problems.
Details: All interior cells: Have new, handmade navmesh Have corrected all navmesh errors Are properly finalized Are fully navmeshed
All exterior worldspace cells (Over 400 of them) were manually reviewed with the following priorities: All cells finalized properly, with correct edge links All buildings have interior navmesh Trees are not on navmesh Corrected majority of navmesh gaps from autogeneration All roads with preferred pathing
