I have spent several years now scouring the nexus . I would like to share some rare gems with others that would use and enjoy your mods . Architex , yep its old its german and it looks a little plasticy hut stay with me here . Architex changes all the building textures so it saves you dozens of gigs of texture mod space and improves performance and load times . Combine it with 2 build mods . 1 : MDE2506's mostly colorful and modular hotchpoch and other stuff . Great mos so well organized and easy to use ( too bad all that great work got such a horrid and ridiculous title . architex and hotch potch together will give you clean white new damage free walls windows etc. then of course snappy but there is a pimp mod with floors and foundations and HZY for rare classy furniture . Von helton's stuff also looks ok but the sizes are wonky . with those 5 or six mods you can give your treasures their proper home and not die of tetanus or hypothermia . please enjoy and all of you are welcome .
This wont load onto my game at all. I have tried to alter the load order but it refuses to put the mod anywhere but the middle. Any idea how I can fix this?

Would love to see the original Nintendo Cabinets like Donkey Kong, Popeye etc, those have a cool vintage look to them as well. The more neons the better. Nobody has ever made official arcade signs or lit wall marquee's, those would look dapper af.

Well, I made a Home Plate Arcade from your mod and found your mod very good and pleasing to the eyes. I am re-doing DC with a mod plus this mod into a full city complete with a full blown Arcade where it can be seen without squinting your eyes to find it. I'm also using the wireless power mod and AIO power mod also so you don't have to string up wires everwhere. Yes, I am using the motorcycle mod that actually works and am putting a motorcycle parking area out front of the Aecade. But with the same mod, I'm putting in a motorcycle repair shop nearby.
