Description
For people that would rather read a book over and over again to increase those much needed stat points.
Currently
Makes the "You're SPECIAL!" book able to be reused simply by dropping it and picking it back up.
Now also adds a crafting recipe at the Chem station under healing, requires 1 Burnt Book.
Installation
Recommend using NMM, and install as any other mod.
Changes
v3 Script checked with CK and attached to object instead of overwrite, new crafting recipe.
v2 Script edited for way easier process
Development
Rewrite script to simplify process by removing the "read" condition that prevents multiple use.
