All DLC > Only DLC1 is hard required right now but if this mod is developed further, the other DLCs would be needed.

Buttons and Patches
All Patches are unlocked by aquiring the third level of the perk "Attack Dog" or by completing a specific objective for each patch.
BoS Patches Unlocked by completing "Call to Arms" assisting Paladin Danse at ArcJet Systems
Institute Patches Unlocked after visiting the Institute for the first time
K9 Unit Dark Unlocked after solving the case "The Disappearing Act" side quest.
K9 Unit Light Unlocked after solving the case "The Guilded Grasshopper" side quest.
Minutemen Patches Unlocked after completing the quest "The First Step" and becoming General of the Minutemen
NCR Patches Unlocked by completing "Dangerous Minds" in the main questline
Reilly's Rangers Patches Unlocked after completing MacCready's "Long Road Ahead" companion quest.
Railroad Patches Unlocked after completing "The Road to Freedom," making contact with the Railroad
US Army Patches Unlocked at the Start
US Army (Lore) Unlocked at the start
Vault Tec Patches Visit Vault 81 and complete the quest "Here Kitty, Kitty."
Other Notable Features
Crafting Changes: Main Vest moved to Armorsmith Workbench from Standalone Workbenches
> Clothing Workbench once I figure out why the recipe isnt showing up there
Removed perk requirement to create base item. Increased crafting requirements for all attachments.
Added DLC applicible Canine Races
Can equip K-9 Harness now if using a mod that enables these creatures as followers/companions.
Ballistic Weave fixed and should work like any other clothing peice when unlocked
Bandana Clipping fix included and tweaked for combatibility with Transdogifier I
