This adds RR "Ballistic Weaves" to pretty ALL Armour, Headwear, Clothes, whatever.

Please tell me, if there is an Armour without the ballistic weave. (Only happens if one of the keywords is missing)
And also, if an Armour has ballistic weave which shouldn´t. (Only happens if one of the keywords is missing)
