    how can i download it because i dont usaully manually download mods

      ik but like how do i drop the file into the correct spot i read the descriptions n stuff so it just makes me feel stupid

      No worries. 

      When you first download Reshade, make sure that you check all the effects before you finish installing it.
      You will want to download all them.

      Then, download the BODY CAM file and drag the .ini file into your main Fallout 4 directory.

      The "Layer.png" and "Overlay.png" (THAT YOU DOWNLOADED,) need to REPLACE the "Layer.png" and "Overlay.png" files that are in reshade-shaders/textures.

      Once that is done, start your game and open Reshade with the home key. Select BODY CAM from the drop down.
