Would be cool if following the BOS path unlocks the ability for a vertibird to come in and drop your power armor for you, kind of the way the batwing drops off batsuits in the Arkham franchise.
The fisrt time I was shocked, not expecting a lightning bolt to fall suddenly in front of me.LOL I thought it got delivered the same as in the movie by a rocket booster. And why the becon is a one time thing？
It works like a charm. No issues anywhere thus far. One thing to make sure before you say it doesn't work is that no one else is using the suit it's trying to recall. It happened to me. I kept popping a relay beacon and poof, lots of smoke and lights but no armor. I tried it again...no armor. So I decided to travel back to the suit I was last in, which is how this mod works. And sure enough, my settlement was under attack and one of my settlement honies had gotten into my PA. lol. So I picked another suit and placed it where no one could access it. And bam I popped another relay beacon and the mod worked perfectly. Great mod. thx Endorsed.
It's March 2023 and this mod is working great for me! I'm able to craft the Power Armor Relay Beacons at a Chem bench and use them to call in my last worn suit of Power Armor as described. I really find this to be a useful pairing with Unlimited Fast Travel - F4SE https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26161.
You see, I'm forgetful. I'll sometimes get out of my Power Armor to use a workbench or terminal while deep inside an interior location, then for whatever reason I'll fast travel away and I end up cursing at myself for leaving my Power Armor behind.
Having this mod in my load order now saves me from either reloading an earlier save (and potentially losing progress) or having to navigate my way back down to whatever spot I last left my suit at (definitely losing time).
I also enjoy it's an aid item you can hotkey, and not a grenade you need to toss and hope it lands properly. Thank you Kentington for making this mod.
