Add player perks to NPCs through SPID.

Most NPCs are weak in the late game because they cannot access the perks the player has. Therefore, this mod adds some perks to humans, super mutants, synths, Assaultron, EyeBot and Protectron according to their level or combat style through SPID.

Giving Perks:
Strength
Iron Fist, Big Leagues, Heavy Gunner, Basher, Rooted

Perception
Rifleman, Demolition Expert, Refractor

Endurance
Toughness, Lifegiver,Rad Resistant, Adamantium Skeleton

Intelligence
Chemist, Nuclear Physicist

Agility
Gunslinger, Commando, Mister Sandman

How perks do NPCs receive?
I allocate skill points based on the minimum level at which characters can learn in the vanilla game. For example, Iron Fist rank 1 can be learned at Actor Level 1, and Iron Fist Level 2 can be learned when the character is at Level 9 or higher. Therefore, I assign Iron Fist rank 1 to actors between levels 1 - 8, and allocate Iron Fist Level 2 to actors between levels 9 - 18, and so on.

What criteria are used for allocating perks?
Selected perks that only affect damage/resistance/health/chem time and effect for the greatest compatibility.

It is compatible with mods that change perks?
No, it is only for the vanilla game. However, new perks or modified perks from other mods can be distributed to NPCs through SPID in the same way, It is much more easier than create a new mod specific for giving perks.

I only have very limited testing. The gaming experience may be very different based on your mod list, so please feel free to make modification.

Known Issue
Big Leagues perk vault boy icon will pop out when NPCs trigger this perk. Nerd Rage icon and effect also trigger when NPCs have it, so it is not added. My solution is downloading FallUI - HUD which has an option to hide the Perk Vault Boy icon.
