   This patch is a MUST HAVE mod if you use Immersive Pick-Up Sounds. The door is/was so annoying. It is 100% useless and pointless. First time I installed it, I visited the underground. Just many items to collect. The area is so bad (extremely slow and NO walls around).
   Deleting the disturbing AND disgusting door in FO4EDIT was very hard for me. Now, I found today this patch and re-installed IPUS.

   Funny. I've done the exact same fix myself but never thought about releasing it... took me quite some time to figure out that gotdamn sound bug.
