Announcement System Control, set the speakers to play any radio station you can access through your pip boy, vanilla or modded. Can also turn the speakers off or switch it back to the default PA announcements. If a speaker stops making sound for any reason it can be fixed by toggling the speakers off and on.
Protectron Steward Control, can be ordered to cleanup stains, puddles, and skeletons. Provides 5 defense and 10 happiness, folks are happy to have a robot doing the cleaning for them.
Ventilation System Control, toggle the mist and dust in the settlement area.
Drainage System Control, drain or flood the grotto section of the settlement.
Lighting System Control, swap from low power to full power. Low power is the default.
All these functions are unlocked through various skill checks and repairs around the settlement area.
Glad you like it! But if you are using scrap anything or a mod like that then you are always at risk of causing big problems, that mod is very outdated and causes a lot of trouble.
Help! I've lost Rico! I didn't recruit him at the begining - just followed his instructions, completed the quest, did a bit of housekeeping then set him up an ammo store. Now I can't find him anywhere to run it!!! Is there a console command to bring him back to the station please? Thanks in advance, Adey x
UPDATE. I've found his code by going back several saves, (0900085b) but I can't resurrect him, (so I assume he's still alive!) and the moveto command just produces a black transition screen which places me back at the terminal where he first appears - but no Rico! Adey x
Well it sounds like you were actually doing the reverse (moving the player to Rico) that's why it would have the loading screen. And in theory that should have worked but hopefully moving Rico to the player actually solves the issue.
Ok I actually realised something, Chances are you were actually teleporting yourself to a "mist" object. I think Riko's correct ID for you will be 09001489. (when trying to select things in the console with clicking the mouse it is very easy to accidentally select the "mist" which is barely visible.)
Lovely! Thank you for that. I've only ever played FO4 on Xbox until just before Christmas when I had a gaming machine built for me to [initially] play FOLON. I was always gonna replay FO4 again when I had a PC that could cope with it cleanly, but consequently and obviously, I'm still a little green, lol! You're a kind soul and again, I thank you for your time and patience with me. I'll let you know what happens... Adey x
Good morning. Still not working I'm afraid! It says, 'script command "09001489" not found' Using the prid and moveto commands with the npc code I originally thought (0900085b) doesn't throw up any errors, but Rico doesn't appear either! Using the prid command with the npc id you gave me, it returns, 'invalid object reference' Also, I've just been back some saves again to when i first met Rico and clicked on him several times from different angles and the only code that keeps coming up is still, '0900085b' I'm pretty sure I'm messing up somewhere but for the life of me, I can't see where! Adey x
HOLD THE FORT! Dunno what I did but he's just appeared.....! Let's see how it goes from here, hahaha! Thank you again. I really appreciate your time and take care. Adey x
Update! Got him, but can't assign him to a weapons store - or even get him to move for that matter! Waahhhhhhh!
What an amazingly beautiful mod - thank you so much for it's creation! Fully lore friendly and immersive and totally bug-free, (for me!) This, (and Boon Island) could easily have been in the vanilla game on release - or even released as a DLC. Again, thank you so much and I await in anticipation of your next mod. Endorsed - Adey x
Todd should learn from you, really, this mod makes Vault 88 like a joke, can't even begin to describe the ...... shock, I felt, when I entered the real ‘Abyss’ And, I'm guessing it's a reference to Blackreach.
Yes, though under permissions please remove us from “Give users access to edit this mod” as that access also sends us notifications which we don’t need. Thank you.
Mainland China's internet doesn't seem to be able to display the image, sorry I can't see , I noticed that Tenhats edited this unreleased mod earlier, so it should be done already!
Incredible mod, really I wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation.
The settlement is wonderful and the scrapping and repairs work well. The voice acting was good and well integrated with the player character dialogue.
The dungeon was gorgeous to explore and a well balanced challenge for my level 30 power armor using character. Really well designed with a satisfying layout and cool fights, even if a sneak gauss rifle shot to the back of the head let me avoid fighting the champion face to face.
The usage of perks and stat checks was great, I loved being able to use power armor in dialogue, and I'm proud I had the right perk or stats to repair everything except the protectron on my own.
The custom weapons and armor in the dungeon were really cool, and having Rico sell unique themed weapons once he's a vendor was a very nice touch.
I am rather curious about a couple things though. Even after fixing the station myself I still had the objectives to collect the parts and picked them up to satisfy those, is there something I can do with them or any reason to pick them up?
I'm interested in know exactly what choices and perk checks and such and their consequences exist in the mod. Apologies if that's a lot of work to write out, I'm sure I'll be playing this mod on other saves and I'll learn more there.
Spoiler:

I burned the ghoul abomination with rad away and got the perk, and the interact text implies there's cheaper ways to burn it, but it would be interesting to know what the consequence of praying to it instead would mean.
The repair items are purely to repair the objects that they are linked with, not sure what happened for the objectives or markers not to disappear once the quest is complete but they can pretty much be kept as souvenirs if you want.
If you have Fo4edit you can open up the mod and take a look at some of the messages and that should show you the different options that are available in the repairs, there is a little too many for me to type out or take screenshots. But with the repairs the end result is always the same, so its mainly just whatever is most convenient for the player to use to repair them.
Praying to the abomination will give the player a temporary buff for I think it was 24 in game hours, sort of like the blessings you get in skyrim, the player also loses karma if you have that installed. The buff is also slightly increased if the player has the ghoulish perk or is >500 rads. So technically if the relic is not destroyed the player can re-visit it as many times as they want to pray and receive the buff.
Very interesting, and yes I do enough modding I can go check the files myself. I think it's because the objectives to repair the systems are part of the main quests but the objectives to get the repair items are misc quests, they're not actually linked in any way other than the assumption you'll do them in order. Thanks again for all the work on this mod.
From what I can see while looking in Fo4edit its actually the opposite, the objectives to find the items are part of the main quest while the objectives to repair the systems are misc quests. Plus there are script fragments in the misc repair quests that reference the main quest, so I'm curious to the exact order that you did things in.
Replaying now on another character you're right. I got the main quest from Riko, asked him about repairing each system, then went and repaired all the systems on my own, the main quest still had all those secondary objectives.
What might cause you to fall forever when you first start the mod? I go to the cave, and upon entering I clip through the floor and just fall forever. I can look up and see a few pieces of the level just fading away as I fall. Then it places me back at the beginning, and it all happens again. I've never seen this kind of thing. I'm using Mod Organizer 2.
Too me that sounds like when the cell has the previs/precombine data but the actual meshes are missing. I notice you downloaded the loose files version, have you definitely added the enable loose files in your ini?

They’re compatible but not connected. If you want connection use the original subway runner or subway runner revival.
From beyond Scrap Palace? Or somewhere else?
