   For some reason this mod messes with the textures in the Vulpine race mod.

   Noticed that a few people are having issues getting this working.
   What this mod does is simply add a perk with the following value that you can add in the console:
   
   "Player.setav AimStability 2"
   
   I've been using this mod for ages, but I'm getting crashing related to this mod (likely an interaction with another mod) and had to remove it, but the command works well, too.

   Noticed that the pre-war binocular's won't call artillery any longer after installing this mod, does any one else have this issue?
