Looks great! i have one issue where im only activating voice lines (female SS) after meeting the crew aboard the prydwen. tried teleporting away and back, dismissing other companions before trying to recruit the Lancer and reloading other saves but without succes. its not activating the companion script :(
i've since found a solution using the console: type "help troop_bos 4" then note the quest ID that pops up (mine was FE042007) then "startquest FE042007" which worked for me
