You can find her at the foredeck of Prydwen.
She will arrive with Prydwen.
You need to be at least the rank of Brotherhood Knight to recruit her.
This rank is given by Elder Maxson soon after joining up.
You can kill her if she turns against you.
You just have to make sure she's not your active companion at the time,
such as by hiring a different one.
She uses a laser rifle and comes equipped with standard flight helmet and lancer jacket.
She has the first generic female Brotherhood soldier voice.
You can use her as a settler, of course.
