I'm confused and can't seem to find any of the mods that are required except for Sim settlements.... I don't mean to seem stupid but the mod list section having shortened mod names does not help lol. Why not just list them in requirements ?
Im having the same issue finding them all. Here are the ones ive found so far that i think are the coirrect ones. If karvoc1 could fill in the blanks that would be great. Maybe update the main post with full mod names at the least? :)

Hey for some reasons i cannot find some of the add ons you mentionned ? i did try to copy paste them in the search bar with no aval any chance we can some links ?
I tried to put the frist 2 names into the search bar and nexus says theres nothing with this name. to be fair i'm using a StoryWealth modlist so i might have some of them already in the list but because theres so much mods in this list and i didnt downloaded them one by one i dont recognize all the names. thats why i usually use the search bar to see if its something that i have downloaded or not.
you should already have a lot of with the story wealth collection.
When searching any of the mods I have listed below start by going to Sim Settlements 2 which is its search topic from there go to most downloaded and look for the mod author name and bam all the add-on packs that add plot choices so the city plans look as intended.
I love this build, it is nice and clean. The only problem is that settlers have no food and insufficient water, as in normal ones. So is there a way for you to add in that stuff some place?
I send all the SS2 NPC's here so of course they will complain about water and things. I would build it if I knew how but I figure I will leave that up to you.

With the following mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424 while in build mode you can hit f5 and now you do not time out you place the items you want to build inside the build area pick them up walk with them and place them outside.
using the enclave addon the brotherhood would consider it treason and sacrilege lol, but you do you. I'll try to make it an Enclave outpost and Air Force Base when i stop experiencing CTD's and freezes that is..
Yeah, and when I am finished, they will have a permanent foothold in the commonwealth.
I have finished this outpost for Sim Settlements 2, as it makes sense that the soldiers are training at the airport. I am working on a single-level city plan for Nordhagen that is all about R&R and food. I think Nordhagen will have 30 pop I am also working on a custom city plan that makes Fort Strong a settlement and that will be R&D and heavy industry and vertibird repair as well as a coastal defence for the airport and a dock for military ships. Fort Strong will be 45-50 its huge.

follow this path and once there grab all the add-on packs for plot choices.

Hope, this helps.
I am working on Nord Hagen and a custom settlement that makes use of Fort Strong, to be released as a BOS pack.
This gives me so many ideas to build in a settlement that i was ignoring for so long. One question though: How do you build outside the build area?
Longer answer.
