As much as I respect this mod for attempting to bring a unique take on what the Fallout-verse's Desert Eagle would look like. The Original Fallout and the 2nd Fallout has literally just a normal Desert Eagle. But kudos for effort and it being a cool mod in general
Seems like this mod has a conflict with the Combined Arms - Modern Weapon Pack ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/50505 ) causes the Desert Eagle in the mod to not show the texture it should (Example chrome, gold, silver & such all appear black & somewhat featureless), unsure through
Matter of personal taste. The second option is more lore friendly since desert eagles existed in the first two fallouts (i remember them being pretty decent options for the early-mid game). This one has a patch to be ESLfied. If you've got the load order you might consider just using both unless you want to avoid weapons bloat.
