   Does this add Fusion Cells to NPCs that use Gatling Lasers? If not, they just punch.

      Good catch, I fixed it so it uses the same ammo lists as the laser rifle/pistol.

   the mod is necessary. but I would like to transfer the file from esp to esl

      Hi there, the mod is marked as a light ESP. It has all the same benefits of an ESL. The only difference is that an ESL is a light master file, while an ESP-FE is a light plugin file. A master file loads near the top of your load order and is generally better for big mods that tend to get overwritten. However this mod is quite small in scope (it makes only one change), and therefore I don't think it would be a good candidate for being an ESL.
      
      If you still want one, I can make it an ESL.

      I can't say for sure, the game digests esl files better than esp files.

      I'm not sure what you mean by digest, but ESLs can not be moved under ESPs, so it'd be better for this mod to remain as a light plugin. My original offer still stands.

   You think we can make this work for the Enclave Gatling Laser for AR2 as well?
