DOES NOT REQUIRE AWKCR. The requirment for that file has been cleaned and removed.
Download FO4 War Tags mod and this patch file. Make sure to load this or install this mod over the orginal.
This mod will not add to your total count as it basicly overwrites the xedit data file but this file dose not include textures.
This mod will require both W.A.R.S and P.E.A.C.E and the patch for those to work. SO it requires a correct install of W.A.R.S and P.E.A.C.E.

I dont know how Vortex works since I use MO2.
Make sure your MO2 looks like this when using this patch.
