Works 100% with a manual installation. It also changes the terminal screens to white text on a black background which was unexpected but also a benefit even if it's "less true" to the general aesthetic of the game. Also, no issue with the nuka cola pipboy retexture.
After spending like 10-15 hours of fiddling stuff around i got it to work with PIP Pad. For whatever reason it wont work with the normal version but in my case with the brushed Metal version.
1. Install Clean Black Screen (works fine) 2. Install PIP-Pad (breaks the black and puts everything in a green/brownisch tint) 3. Install PIP-Pad Brushed Metal (repairs it. Black and clean)
Dont ask me why, i dont have a damn clue but maybe i could help someone else with that comment. (maybe other retexture mods work aswell, havent tryed it)
This along with F4SE are the only two mods installed. Anyone know what ENB settings might be causing this? I assume no one else has this problem with bright white PIP Boy text/icons.

I didn't think it would be bloom, since this is the only time the bright colors bleed into darker ones, but I don't know all of bloom's settings, either.
