A HP, DR and ER sense on creature and npc. No More a lot of resist on creature without a sense how they can have a high resist.

SCOURGE Logic HardCore Presets
A Presets settings for SCOURGE mod, even for dlc.
Setings what come from SCOURGE after intalled it, it don`t make sense for me in somecase, and because of that i change it, make it have sense (be logic). In short this do:
Hp creature is based on they size most of time. Small creature have hp max 100 (most of them are under 100 hp), and max hp have queen and other similar his size.
Damage resist, most DR are robots, they are full metal and make sense have a high resist for balistic damage.
Energy Resist, most of creature if have 5-20 energy resist is nice , robots have maximum 50 energy resist, they are weak on energy damage.
