   One thing to have in mind: OPEN THE WORKSHOP BY INTERACTING WITH THE ACTUAL WORKSHOP ITEM, dont open the workshop by pressing the assigned key, i have no clue why but this is the way for me to have the CC mod working correctly (?).

   There's something wrong with the archive, there's an error every time I try to install it through Vortex. It says "Unexpected end of archive" . Hoping for a fix for this soon, really want to use the MSF and Outer Heaven flags.

      Hi, sorry for the late response i've been working too much lately.
      Make sure to have CC's flags installed as this mod needs it to replace some of its flags.

      I'm having the same problem. I'm doing a Snake roleplay run and wanted to hang these around the Red Rocket. I love the idea, but after downloading the CC flag mod, Vortex just seems to reject it and says the archive is broken.

      Im not sure how to help since i use MO2, im going to install the mod and check how it goes.

      Ok it did work for me with MO2.
      Vortex seems to be outdated for what i have read lately, but i can help with the following: 
      1-Open the zip file and find the "textures folder"
      -2 open cc's flags mod, and find the "textures folder"
      3-paste the content of my mod into the cc's flags mod "textures" folder, accept replace
      4-install the cc's flag mod with the replaced files and profit.
