MOD Author Note: The sprint sound is my favorite addition. It was inspired by old manual transmission cars and trucks and feels right at home here in the wasteland.
Fixes and other changes: --------------------------------------------
When entering into a Power Armor, the 25% alert would randomly trigger. This has been fixed and will only trigger when necessary.
The headlight sound has been removed from this version. It was a novelty addition in v1.0 and didn't add to the mod's vision.
Note: The addition of a muted sound was added to the mod to prevent Fallout from launching a specific sound. It is recommended you do not remove UI_PowerArmorBattery_CapacityLow.wav
Thank you for the wait everyone, it's been one hell of a ride in life. Enjoy!
Just noticed this mod,so I watched your video. Love the transmission effect on speed and handling...I use another mod that features this sort of thing. Would that all of the pa had some kind of transmission-like effect. Shift up for speed, down for more efficient power-to-weight(carry capacity!). ;) Nicely done.
Noted! When I designed it I was using headphones and the distance the camera is when you get out and get in made it seem just right. If enough folks requests it to be louder then I'll work on some updates to that.
Oh didn't even think of wearing headphones haha. Either way, thank you for sharing your mod with us!
Edit: used headphones and it was still too quiet for me. The suit telling you your armor is destroyed is so cool but does spam when you get multiple pieces obliterated at once, just a small thing for me. Also the sound for a drained fusion core is so cool!
Only the enter/exit ones. It's barely audible over the power armor sounds, but I forgot to mention I use the reverb and ambience mod so idk if that changes anything. Everything else is fantastic, especially the 25% warning. Ever played titanfall? You mod reminds me of that game and it's awesome. The armor break is hard to hear ONLY because its hard to hear over gunfire, music, and getting whooped, but it's not a problem lol.
Love this mod and glad to hear it received an update.
Tried it out and it works well but have to say, the voice is so darn quiet to hear. I can max the volume ingame and set my pc to 60% which is far more than enough for the average game and I can barely hear the power armor voices. Tried using headphones and speakers with the same result, I can't hear a darn thing.
I can not tell if this is a me problem or the mods audio is at fault.
The getting in/out audio is certainly at nigh inaudble ranges. The warning lines are audible and I can hear it, but quiet enough that I'd barely know it was being said if I didn't have subtitles on. I do have ear problems so I can't rule out it's a me problem. I can go check the mods audio lines in the geck to see how loud they are and increase the decibel volume.

Now playing V2 seven years later, and still enjoying it. Kudos.

Heya, how is the volume? I'm gauging how many folks think it's fine versus how many would like the VO to be louder.
