**FO4Runner-Ba** (FallOut 4 Runner Batch)

**DESCRIPTION**
FO4Runner-Ba is a conversion of my small app launcher batch, pre-set for, Fallout 4 and F4SE, it will, check for and kill, redundant (left over) "Fallout 4.exe" processes from previous sessions, before it launches F4SE, if it cant find f4se_loader, then it will find Fallout4, and then launch that instead. With this batch launcher, the redundant processes from previous games of Fallout4, that occurred since the last time you restarted the computer, will not be able to affect the new game. This issue of redundant Fallout 4 processes is the cause of a requirement to, restart the computer or running task manager to terminate redundant processes, which can even sometimes results in users destroying their own mod collection in frustration to find what is stopping Fallout 4 from loading. This mod is so essential for me, its replaced the shortcut to F4SE on the taskbar I used to run the game, but, you should only use this really if you are likely to play fallout 4 more than once, each time you start your computer, likewise, its especially good if you are someone whom likes to have a blast on Fallout 4 between doing other work on the computer.

**USAGE
1. Place FO4Runner-Ba in the game folder "Fallout 4\", where you, have "Fallout4.exe" and most likely have "f4se_loader.exe".
2. Double-click on FO4Runner-Ba.Bat to run the Fallout 4 (or use shortcut to it, see tip below for pinning on taskbar).
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fallout 4, with or without, "f4se_loader.exe" (F4SE),
- A Windows environment with batch file support.
**NOTATION**
- You can check if there is a redundant Fallout 4 process at any time, by running the Task Manager, and look out for a process named "Fallout4.exe", these these typically can take up gigabytes of space, but will have 0/1% CPU usage.
- Tip: To pin a shortcut to the batch file to your taskbar, create a shortcut of FO4Runner-Ba.bat and then edit the target box to include `cmd.exe /c` before `"DRIVE:\PATH\EXAMPLE.exe"`, then pin the shortcut to the taskbar like normal, by dragging it over, and then the icing on the cake change the icon to the Fallout 4 icon.
- The earlier version of this batch can be adapted through simple means for ANY game, that suffers from the same theme of issue (see files).
