The Farmlands worldspace is nearly devoid of human settlement and life, this aims to change that. I put a walled settlement, a small fortress really, next to Franklin, a Ghoul spawning town. This location is immersive however ,as there is plenty scavenging there justifying the effort to settle here. This has MINIMAL HARD REQUIREMENTS
SOFT requirment as skippign this will not break the settlement BUT it is the non-wired power I use to light up the house with the pooltable that was added in version 04.. I highly recommend it. I used the electricity version only.
SOFT requirement, but if you skip it, many of the best goodies boxes will be empty.USE VERSION 1.1 FROM THAT MODS ARCHIVE. NOT THE NEW ONE OR THE BOXES WILL BE IMPLAUSIBLY FULL

Changelogs
Version 0.4
Version 0.4 adds an extra covenant house with a pooltable. Couple extra beds added also. Made some minor improvements to the wall, in particular fixed the crooked entrance section of the wall. I took the machine gun turrets that were mounted on Memorial pedestals (which were dependent in the Vilance plug in) onto the wall facing inward. pedestals got scrapped. I looked around and policed up what I thought was the last furniture from Vilance plug-in but there is one left somewhere,as it still list it as a requirement. So, you may still get an error message about missing Vilance's plug in. But if you don't have it, only a minor asset such as a chair or a dresser, is probably left over somewhere. So, if you see a spot where a piece of furniture looks missing, just LMK please. I like that plugin but am trying to control mod bloat. So please ignore any missing plug -message when you drop the settlement.
In this version the two power armors are changed from T51s to T45s, sorry but I couldn't plausibly justify T51s, left in such a backwater, when there was a ground war going on in 2077. This implausibly nice find always bugged me a bit about the early versions. Let's face it, even finding 2 intact PAs at all, even if just T45s might be a stretch as it is. Also added some pots and pans here and there as well.
I was careful to strike a balance between a very livable settlement for the NPCs, but not so built that it disrupts the Post-Apoc feel of the worldspace. I belive I have achieved this.
The nearby town of Franklin should make scavenging for the people of the settlement easier for a generation to come (if this was a real place). This has MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS (which is why my wall is a bit rough, but thats a tradeoff most players will gladly accept I think)
A few residential houses, nicely furnished, some indoor some outdoor public toilets (my public toilet room is nice considering it's the Post-Apoc).
Plenty of food, plenty of heavy machine gun turrets, 2 dozen beds built but the game only "sees" 16, which is still plenty IMHO. (EDIT: Upgraded to 21 beds in version 0.4) Couple of motorcycles for recon missions (in our head canon only, they dont really drive) a couple of Power Armors in the barn and the core workbenches. To set this settlement up for success, several goodie boxes with some ammo, some guns and some fusion cores. Not as huge as my other TSB but substantial enough I believe.
PS: To make use of the 2 Power Armors I placed, I recommend this mod to make your designated settler guards reliably equip PA, to defend the settlements, it is NOT a requirement of this TFB: Move Store and Assign Settlers to Power Armor at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) PS2: In order to control mod bloat I policed up all the remaining assets form Vilances plug in. You may still get an error message about missing Vilance's plug in as it appears I missed a piece of furniture somewhere. This means you will likely miss a chair or dresser somewhere, no big deal I would think. I like that plugin but am trying to control mod bloat. So please ignore, any missing plug -message from that.
