Love the mod dude! but a little suggestion for a muzzle attachment is the fischer development suppressor because tbh, it looks pretty cool and kind of fits the theme.
The only competition on here is Glock 19X, which is nice and all but doesn't come close to the care and quality in which the weapon is integrated into the game.
This is Glock in its pure and simple beauty. No tacticool stupid slides and parts which look completely out of place. This has perfect balanced stats, textures fitting the world, absence of a huge pile of useless attachments like damage multiply, laser sights, flashlights etc that the game doesn't even support and that only introduce clutter.
Ironically enough I kinda don’t like the P45 in its current state. The sights and muzzles department was expanded superfluously because I was switching out assets behind the scenes for my mods going forward but I felt like people would scratch their head if it changed all of a sudden. I need to eventually make a streamlined version of both of my Glock mods at some point. Dunno when tho. I appreciate the kind words!
I just downloaded the mod and i already love it. it fits the aesthetic perfectly in my opinion! I'm sure others have articulated much better feedback on what this mod does well, so i'll leave it here. I do have to ask though: why make a fictional Glock variant? Why not an existing .45 ACP Glock like the Glock 21?
A. I’m lazy B. The model I used was based on the Glock P80 (The Glock that came out prior to the Glock 17) so I figured giving it a creative spin on it. C. A fictional variant of a Glock was easier to be considered lore friendly by many. The other Glock mod I made, glockahinations despite trying my best to tweak the materials to fit the game’s aesthetic, people brushed it off as a tactical weapon mod. The P45 never had that issue despite having pretty much the same attachments. (Minus a laser but that was included in the original incarnation of Glockahinations) *shrug*
I'm trying this out for the first time with the latest 2.1a and found one spawned with a missing texture. It's the Hush suppressor. The others seem fine.
Something I'm not even sure is a bug. The gun with the missing texture also spawned with an extended barrel, but when I first tried to change the suppressor at a workbench I didn't have any options to edit the muzzle. But after giving another P45 a barrel extension the option was available for both of them. Is that expected behavior, or is there possibly a quirk in the editing code that doesn't consider pre-spawned barrels to be "un-locked" for editing?
I'll get the missing texture fixed asap. As far as the barrels go, might be a quirk of leaving in the short barrel in the modcol. I might just remove it because random glocks are behind epic loot.

This is perfect. This takes the cake. Superb job.

I hope you do more of them.
