      There is a unnamed drifter(Mole Rat Lady) located  in Kendall Parking an unmarked location in the Commonwealth. She also have a pet mole rats with a mine attached to them.

      Maybe turn the lair into a mm/railroad base? or rather make it into a player home with the mole rats and the mole rat queen being recruitable for the settlements (i'm sorry if its too much).

      I'll give it a try. I'm not sure how to make NPCs recruitable, but there's bound to be a Youtube video on that. I'll start with making a slightly better player home first.
