Was sent this for anyone looking for help getting this to work for their load order.
"The left arm bug could(should) be fixed by having the 1handed mod last in the load order, overwriting any other animation mods touching the same files. Some walking/pistol animation mods, however, seem to add new files or otherwise make a change that doesnt result in an actual conflict; it does however cause the left arm bug. So, to fix it one would have to either disable the other animation mod, or comb through the files and manually delete the ones affecting pistol anims. i made a comment about this on the original 1handed mod page, but couldnt here. If youre still active, maybe you could make a comment or change the description to include this information. Additionally, it is possible to make the mod work for modded pistols using xEdit, which is also described in the comments of the original mod."
The third person camera and animations work perfectly so far, however I'm having an issue with movement while in third-person. I can't move backwards and if I try to move back and in any other direction, it messes up all of my movement until I return to first-person.
Im not sure what you mean. I just tested it with the base mods esp and I don't have a hand issue. I think people are not installing it correctly. Make sure when manually installing you are allowing the mods file to overwrite the game files.
Thanks for your help! I've tested it further and I think the issue is mainly with mod added pistols and the .44 animations as the base game weapons I tested are fine so far on the base mod overwriting all other mods. However with your patch the .44 moving and shooting anims the pistol jerks to the side when moving and shooting a .44 revolver. As for when the left arm glitches out with mod added pistols well it appears to still hold the other hand out as if expecting to use two hands this happens with both the base mod and your patch, I can share screenshots of what it looks like if that helps. I can also share what mods it has issues with. I've tried to share as much info as I can, hope it helps.

My patch wouldn't cause a change with how the .44 acts its just a few simple edits and doesn't touch animations directly. If theres an issue with the .44 it would likely be something they edited in the animation files and in that case there is nothing I can do. But to me that sounds like normal recoil with that gun. Some screenshots would be appreciated. For mod added weapons they may not be compatible with this mod if they don't use the base animations or if they have a mix. Theres not much that can be done unless someone edits the animation files. If you give me a name of the mods you use that are affected I can test a few things but I can't guarantee anything I do will work.
I fixed it by setting the .esp to the end of the load order because other mods like pipboy flashlight and maim were affecting animations, then for modded weapons i added an extra keyword in FO4Edit for a vanilla weapon animation that best suited the modded weapon, i.e: for the autorevolver in the .22 Pistol Pack by DegenerateDak I added the keyword Anims44 and it worked like a charm
The animation for the MTS-255 in third person cocks the revolver with 2 hands instead of 1 hand like the ones in the vanilla revolvers and other modded revolvers, would ya'll know how to fix that? I tried the FO4Edit one where you add the anims44 animation keyword, mine still reloads that way. Please do help if any of you knows
I'm having an issue with the MTs-255 revolver shotgun on revolver mode, it zooms in on 3rd person, especially when i aim it zooms in further than 1st person would. Any fixes?
im using mts-255 shotgun revolver mod ( on revolver mode ) ... the problem is , when doing a single action animation ... the character using left hand , either using the thumb finger on the right hand ... still weird for me ... can you fix it ?
and 1 thing , how to totally remove the 3rd person one handed Pistols original mod by gogy28 ? i'm uninstalled using vortex ... but the animation still stuck ...
I was wondering if you could give some advice, when i downloaded the mod it seemed fine at first but the I discovered that when I focus my aim in 3rd person i go into this weird 1st person mode and I cant look up, i can only shoot straight ahead, any suggestions would be really appreciated since I dont know much about modding

Sounds like some animation files got left behind during uninstall. You would have to figure out which ones and delete them :)
