   I love the concept! 
   I was just a bit sad when I realized I can't build inside it. I know, it's supposed to be minimalist. But hobos do gather junk and build their own stuff, right? :)

   Is it possible to add a seller to this place :)?
   Or is there a mod that allows you to build a sales stand in any area?

   Do you know if this messes with precombines?
   
   Also, is it Navmeshed for followers?

      I know it's "not meant" for followers but I'm just wondering if they'll "teleport" to me because of navmesh issues.
