My first "Mod" just a simple LooksMenu preset I made of my character Psycho Elvis.
[Detailed description]
Psycho Elvis arrives in Fallout 4 right before Christmas! Psycho Elvis loves to do chems and eat people, so keep his addiction sated or he'll get really sad and probably die. There are two files "Psycho Elvis.json and "Psycho Elvis (Raider Face).json" The second one is just a beat-up raider version of Psycho Elvis.
To install, just use Mo2 or Vortex. To manually install, put the two files "Psycho Elvis.json and "Psycho Elvis (Raider Face).json" into your Fallout 4 game folder (Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets).
The only requirement is LooksMenu and F4SE
I am using the Welcome to Paradise mod list so Psycho Elvis may look a little different depending on the mods you have installed.
