   Can't hear footstep sound when walking over water, no idea why :c, it happen in 3rd and 1rt person

   Not a huge fan of the high pitched "jingle" sound that plays each step. The rest sounds great.

      i have a feeling the power armor sound concept was never finished, there are alot of leftover and flaws in the vanilla game. i will see, maybe i can fix the jingle sound.
