   is this some other mod or did this mod make my game phase in and out of a "slowed time" type of thing???

      Time Storm from NAC X. Crazy monochrome image space when lightning strikes and time slows down, bizarre fast low overcast storm. 
      
      Some people love it, some hate it. You can disable it by removing it from all climates, or blacklist it in the NAC settings.

   Great immersion mod, every NACX playthrough is gonna use this from now on in my rigs.

   I forgot to adjust the other lightning colors settings. I'm on vacation so I'll adjust them when I get back.
