    This mod is part of my own tweaks on HUD and UI elements. There is also a mod from 2015 made by jigglenomicon which you can find here: Enable Lockpick Debug menu.

    weird that bethesda even needed to debug this, i mean as far as I can tell it's feature identical to the skyrim lockpicking

      afaik, many of and in fo4 is based on skyrim, oblivion, morrowind. i assume the swf was simply modified to fit the new cloth.
