   Will this work independently of BLD? I'm swapping from BLD to MAIM and would like to continue using this mod.

      the pain modules come directly from bld so if you remove bld it will not work no.

   Great idea! Also gives a valid reason to consume alcohol and let addictions kick in
   Did you consider adding drugs (err... recreational chems) to the mix?

      I am sure you will find others which make sense too. Heh, now I am thinking if Mentats could also help with the sanity framework (this is scope creep) :P
