Master C has done it again. It didn't take take long for Charlie to find out about your situation, And being the kind guy he is he has decided to help you out on your travels around the commonwealth. Remember this stuff is top secret and was created for your needs. All your new items have been left in the Red tool box in Vault 111.
Including:-
Enhanced Combat Rifle
Enhanced Combat Shotgun
Enhanced 10mm Pistol
Enhanced Hunting Rifle &
Enhanced Submachine Gun
On the weapons side and on the clothing side you have :-
Enhanced Combat Armor, Arms, Legs, Head and Chest piece all have been specially constructed for you.
We also have 2 Special Vault 111 Prototype Stealth Suits for you to use, This has very very deep pockets allowing you to carry upto 1800 more pounds of junk so you will never be encumbered. For correct usage of the Vault-Tec Prototype Stealth suit stealth effect you must be crouching and remain still.
Location:- In the red toolbox in Vault 111
UPDATES:
Fixed the issue with Combat shotgun and 3rd person animation
Fixed an issue where there was no sound for the Combat rifle
Changed value of Prototype Stealth Suit
BUGS:
If for any reason the Stealth Field doesn't work you must un-equip then re-equip and it should be fine.
Some people have noted that the items do not show up in the container after putting the files in the data folder, As far as I am aware this happens when you have already opened the container before using this mod. You should however be able to fix this by resetting the container, To do this select the container in the console and type resetinventory . Thanks to masternetra for pointing this out to me. FYI console does not work in survival mode.

How to enable modding
- Navigate to your Fallout 4 Folder at the following location "Documents/My Games/Fallout 4"
- Within this folder will be a number of .ini files, highlight "Fallout4Prefs.ini" and "Fallout4.ini".
- Right Click, select Properties and ensure that these are NOT marked as read only.
- Open Fallout4Prefs.ini with your favourite text editor, Notepad will do fine.
- Navigate to the very bottom and you will see the line [Launcher]. Directly underneath this, add the following line:bEnableFileSelection=1
- Save and Close
- Open Fallout4Custom.ini with your favourite text editor.* Note that this file was changed from Fallout4.ini following update 1.2
