Author notes
All patches must require this mod as a master file.
alegendv1 has generously granted open permissions for the custom and animated vanilla/DLC companion icons included in this mod. | You may do whatever you want with these new icons, but you must credit alegendv1 in the permissions tab or on your mod description if you do. Enjoy! | You must get permission from Pignes (CSEPteam) to use the It’s Molly .swf asset.

Companion Affinity Pip-Boy Tab - Version francaise
Changelogs
Version 3.0.1
--- BUGFIX UPDATE: ---
FIXED: The MCM should be properly recognized now.
Version 3.0.0

ADDED: Your active companion now has a tag next to their name in the Affinity tab, similar to an active quest
ADDED: Far more customization and debugging ability to the MCM.
ADDED: Custom icons for supported companion mods.
ADDED: Actual automatic support for several companion mods, no patches needed. - Buttons - Capital Wasteland Dogmeat - Ellen - Fawkes - Heather - It's Molly
CHANGED: Companion discovery now occurs when you look at/activate the companion in the world, rather than occuring at specific locations. This should be far better and smoother to use.
CHANGED: Re-wrote most of the mod to be far clearer, faster, and easier to work with behind the scenes.
CHANGED: Added updated icons for Hancock, MacCready, and X6-88, animated by alegendv1 (yoyoma3010)
Version 2.0.1
--- MINOR UPDATE ---
CHANGED: Updated quest script to be easier to maintain and further optimized.
Version 2.0.0
BIG CAPT UPDATE:
!!!IMPORTANT!!! - UNINSTALL THE OLD IT'S MOLLY PATCH! It's not supported by the new system and may potentially cause issues. It's perfectly safe to uninstall mid-game.
- Optimized most scripts.
- Companions are now hidden by default, and are unlocked automatically when you encounter their original locations. The mod should detect existing companion recruitments automatically. You can manually toggle them in MCM if any are not automatically updated for whatever reason.
- New MCM tab for easy toggling, as mentioned above
- Native support for many modded companions implemented: These REQUIRE a patch, but both you and I now have the ability to create one. Support implemented for: - Molly - Heather - Ellen - Buttons - Capital Wasteland Dogmeat - Fawkes - Dixie - Darlene - Ivy
IMPORTANT: You can read the companion patching article on this modpage to learn how to make your own patch for these companions. You can only patch for natively supported companions. It is CRITICAL that you read the article before attempting to patch companions yourself. I can and will add new natively supported companions on request, but do not attempt to add them to the formlist yourself, as that can cause conflicts.
Version 1.0.1
Fixed Ada to always display max affinity, since she doesn't have affinity in the vanilla game.
Version 1.0.0

OVERVIEW You can now view your companion affinity progress and stats right inside your Pip-Boy! Featuring animated custom icons made by alegendv1 (yoyoma3010), see media tab or video below for examples. | Simply scroll to your Pip-Boy's DATA section to find the new tab. To update the tab with your current companion affinity values on an existing save, refer to the "COMPATIBILITY" section of this description. It's very easy. This mod is a more modern and immersive version of the classic mod Visible Companion Affinity. Enjoy! | ESL-Flagged ESP | Compatible with everything | Install/uninstall at any time | Works on existing saves | VIDEO DEMO
HOW DOES THIS MOD WORK? Automatically. No vanilla edits. It just works, even on existing saves. Enjoy! You discover companions by meeting them at their respective locations. | Please give the system a few seconds to gather your current companion affinity and update them accordingly when installing on an existing save. If it doesn't automatically update, simply do something that your current companion likes or dislikes, or toggle their visibility in the MCM.
COMPATIBILITY Everything*. Even mods that do the same thing. If you’re using a modded companion, I'm currently working on supporting modded companions, and have implemented native support for people to create their own patches for companions. Read the article provided on this modpage to learn how to create your own patches. | *Unpatched modded companions will not show up in the tab, but they will not break anything. It's perfectly fine to have them installed. They cannot be automatically supported to display in the pip-boy tab, but you can absolutely make or request a patch for them.

Though this mod is simple in concept, it was surprisingly complicated to develop. I'd like to say thank you to everyone who helped out with this project, it wouldn't have been possible without your contributions!
