when i use the presset, the lower part of the body just stretches in every direction but changes back to normal when i change to one of the default presets, what did i do wrong? https://imgur.com/jQXlRaB
This is an issue I've never seen before, but trying these might help:
- Brute force it. Sometimes character presets get the exploding head mesh bug (It this case it's the body, but it could still work). In some cases you can fix it by repeatedly applying the preset to your character. Basically open up LooksMenu, go to presets, and click this one a bunch. However, if that doesn't solve the problem:
- try installing Buffout4 and go into the mod's files. Open up the Buffout config and edit it. Set "F4EE - false" under the header [Compatibility] to "F4EE - true"
- If the problem persists, try un-installing any male body replacer you have installed. If you don't have any body replacers for male characters installed, maybe try using one like BT3
Take my suggestions with a grain of salt. I don't know your personal setup, your modlist, your settings etc. Is why I am hesitant to recommend installing mods.
thank you for the quick reply, turns out it was indeed the F4EE from buffout4 like you said and i already had the mod but it was automatically set to "false". Now i can finally be the handsome hero that the wasteland needs
Thanks! Truth is I don't like making male character presets a lot because appearance options for male characters are limited. So I just make them ever so often when I experiment and it randomly results in a good looking char.
I am not sure tbh. It's been a while since I made my FO4 setup (long enough for me to forget which ENB I am using). Tried filtering through my modlist searching for "skin" "male" and "body" but didn't find any result.

I see you mostly do female presets, anyway do you think you could make a younger character like Ben from falling skies?
