I added markers for settler spawns with keywords, but haven't tried recruiting any yet. You can scrap, and build with all exterior pieces. Some of the static objects I've placed are scrappable so I want to fix that. The treehouse collision doesn't work with building unless you have place anywhere for some reason. I tried to link all of the workshop inventories together, but haven't tested it yet. Other than that, its functional. I'm using it on my playthrough right now. Considering rebuilding the entire thing as this is my first project, and I've learned a lot more since I've started this.
