Added RobCo Patch to excluded Vertibird in Chapter 3 of Sim Settlements as it has been buffed already in the mod.

Added Armor Resistance and Fire Resistance Buff to Vertibirds to reduce damage dealt by lower end weapons. Slightly tweaked the flat bonus to compensate so that bigger weapons aren't weaker.
