It's a quality home with some navmesh issues but I found a serious problem. Croup was attacked by deathclaws while I was away and my settlers lost. When I returned to assess the damage, I found the built-in power generator was destroyed and it cannot be repaired. I clipped behind wall where its located, to have a look-see at it, and there's no option to repair it, so now I have to build a separate power supply and water purifier and relight the place with new lamps. I think I'm just going to uninstall and find a non-broken mod.
I have the same problem.... none of the switches for the doors or lights will work. I had to TCL my way in. I can't get it to work, like you did, unfortunately.
Hi, just wanted to say what a great mod. The door and light switches. The fireplaces. Excellent. It's got a real 60's vibe to it. And the antique printing press! Epic. Where did you ever find that?
I had to scrap the static mannequin just outside the laundry room as it was half in the wall. And if you could put fewer chairs at the dining room table and make them scrappable/movable would be an improvement. As they are you can still sit in them but the body is half in the table. Easily fixed on my end. Had to get creative finding solid surfaces outdoors to put things like water purifier (and generator) and food plants but I found ways. One last thing. Love the pool. I'm just afraid my followers will fall in and not be able to get back out. Will let you know once I get them moved in.
I kind of like that immersive look with the vines. They help to blend it in. Nice touch. In fact, I was impressed with all the work that must have gone into making this and all those extra touches like putting a car in the garage and the garage doors opening. And the waterfall (I love waterfalls). I am really enjoying your mod so, thank you. Thank you very much.
Your designs are impeccable. Do you have anything smaller? Just kidding though not sure what I can do with all that space as I normally build small settlements with 4-5 settlers..
Loves your mod bro! Just an idea Abandoned Mall/School/Hospital would be awesome. You already build abandoned factory (POST WARWICK - OVERHAUL). Would love seeing your artistic build for one of those js :)
Broooo, I'm so happy I found your mod. This is by far the best settlement I have ever see (I haven't seen your other mods yet). The modern design, the layout, the interior. Oh, man, it's so nice. Thank you for this :)

I've cleared out the area well before discovering your mod. Not sure if that might be a factor or not.
Gorgeous design!
UPDATE: Just reinstalled it being away from the location. Works like a charm!

I like to have SS2 for addon plots, eventhough I dont play it.
But anyways, I am fine without it.
